Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Jungli pulao:

  1. half kg rice Soaked for 1/2 Hour
  2. 1/2 Kg mutton Boiled For 1 Hour
  3. 2 Cups Mutton Stock
  4. 2 onions (Chopped)
  5. 1 Cup Yogurt
  6. 250 gms Chicken
  7. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. 3 tsp Salt
  9. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  10. 1/2 Cup Oil
  11. Garam Masala:
  12. 2 Cinnamon
  13. 1 tsp Cumin
  14. 2 Bay leaf
  15. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  16. 2 Black Cardamom
  17. 4 Green Cardamom
  18. Cloves 6
  19. kabab Ingredients:
  20. 1/2 Kg Beef Mince
  21. 1 (Chopped) onion
  22. 2 tbsp Green Coriander
  23. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  24. 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  25. 1 tbsp baisan
  26. 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Powder
  27. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  28. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  29. 1/2 tsp Salt
  30. Fried Ingredients:
  31. 2 potatoes (Cut into Finger)
  32. 1/2 carrots(julienne)
  33. 1/2 capsicum (julienne)

Instructions to make to make Jungli pulao

  1. Beef Kabab Direction
    Take a bowl and add Beef Mince, Onion, Green Coriander, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli Flakes, Chickpea Flour, Green Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and mix it well and make kababs and then deep fry them
  2. Fried Direction
    After that deep fry the Potatoes, Carrot, and Capsicum
  3. Pulao Direction:
    Take a pot and add oil and then add Onion and fry them until it become into golden brown color and then add Garam Masala: (Cinnamon 2, Cumin 1 tsp, Bay leaf 2, Black Pepper 1 tsp, Black, Cardamom 2, Green Cardamom 4, Cloves 6) and stir it well and then add 2 tbsp water and stir it well and then add Chicken and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well until it’s become into white Color.
  4. After that add boiled mutton and stir it well and then add salt and stir it well and then add Yogurt and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
  5. After that remove the lid and add 2 cups mutton stock and add water 1 cup and stir it well and boil it and then add Soaked rice and stir it and cook it without lid on high flame until it’s water become dry.
  6. After that add Garam Masala Powder and place beef kababs and cover it and cook for 15 minutes on low flame. After that your Jungli Pulao is Ready and dish out it and serve with fried Potatoes, Carrot, and Capsicum.
