  3. Paste- 2 onion,tomatoes, 5garlic pod and small ginger

  5. 1 tbs mustard and jeera seeds
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
  8. Dry spices for all dishes
  9. 2 tbs chillie powder
  10. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tbs coriander powder
  12. 1 tbs garam masala
  13. Daal Tadaka
  14. 1/4 cup cooked toor daal
  15. 1 tsp ghee
  16. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  17. 1/2 tsp chillie powder
  18. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  19. Salt as per taste
  20. Cucumber Raita
  21. 1 cup curd
  22. 1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
  23. Salt as per taste
  24. Jeera powder
  25. Chillie powder for garnishing
  26. Mix flour Bhakari
  27. 1/4 cup jowar flour
  28. 1/4 cup Bajari flou
  29. 1/4 cup Nachani flour
  30. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  31. Salt as per taste
  32. Mango Ras
  33. 2 cup ripened mango pulp
  34. 4 tbs sugar
  35. 1 pinch salt
  36. 1/4 cup fresh cream
  37. Boiled White Rice
  38. 1/2 cup Raw rice
  39. 1.5 cup water
  40. Salt as per taste
  41. 1 tsp Ghee for garnishing

Steps to make to make Veg Thali

  1. Jackfruit curry: keep a small cooker on medium flame add oil add mustard and jeera seeds add paste and mix well. Add dry spices add jackfruit pieces and salt mix well. Add boiled water for gravy and take only 1 whistles and switch off the flame. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  2. Daal Tadaka: Take a bowl and add cooked daal make it soft add little water and salt. Keep a Tadaka pan on medium flame add oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillie powder and switch off the flame spread the tadaka on daal and mix well. Daal is ready to serve.
  3. Cucumber Raita: Take a bowl add curd and whisk well add chopped cucumber, salt, jeera powder and mix well. Cucumber Raita is ready garnish with chillie powder.
  4. Mix Flour Bhakari: take a bowl add all flour and salt mix well and knead a soft dough by adding water. Keep a tawa on medium flame. Roll thin bhakari snd roast from both sides and Bhakari is ready to serve hot.
  5. Mango Ras: Take mango pulp in a bowl add all ingredients and whisk till it turns smooth and soft manho ras is ready to serve. You can refrigerate for some time and serve chilled.
  6. Rice: wash rice 2-3 times before cooking and cook in cooker by adding 1:3 water for soft rice and take 3 whistles. Rice us ready to serve hot with ghee.
  7. Thali: Take a big serving plate. Keep Bhakari with butter, hot rice with ghee. Serve all dishes one by one in separate bowls. Keep onion salad, lemon, fresh homemade mango pickle.
