  17. 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions to make to make Singaporean Noodles

  1. Mixed ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside. Marinate prawns and chicken with a little bit of soy and chinese cooking wine, set aside. Make scrambled eggs removed from the pan and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil on a wok, cook chicken until it looks like it's almost cooked, then add in prawns and continue cooking until all fully cooked. Removed prawns and chicken from the wok and set them aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil on a wok. Add in all the prep veggies, sprinkle with salt, stir and mix well until they all looked soft. Add the cooked meats, scrambled eggs, vermicelli and mixed sauce into the wok. Stir and mix well until everything coated with the sauce. Turned off the heat and served!
