- one cup Mix vegetables
- half cup Oil
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- half cup Ketchup
- half cup Chilli garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
Steps to make to make Singaporean Rice
- 1st step
Boil half pack of spaghetties and drain water. In wok add oil saute half cup mix veggies (capsicum Spring onion and carrot cut in Juline shape). Add 2tbsp soy sauce and chilli sauce add boil noodles fry on high flame and keep aside. - 2nd step
Boil 4 cup rice in water drain water. in pot take little oil add 2 tbsp freshly crushed garlic, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1chicken cubes (optional) add rice and mix keep aside. - 3rd step
Cut half kg boneless chicken in cube. Marinate with salt vinegar chilli sauce 2 tbsp corn flour for half an hour. Mean while cut 1 capsicum and onion in cubes. - In pot take half cup oil add 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger fry it then add chicken cubes and fry at high flame until all water release by chicken dries. Now add vegies and saute for minute. Now add 4 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp Knorr Ketchup and 2 tbsp Knorr chilli garlic sauce. add Soy sauce, crushed chillies, half tsp black pepper and paprika powder half tsp and salt to taste. Cook for 5 mins. Dissolve 2 tbsp cornflour in water and add in sauce cook for 2 min more adjust seasoning and close flame.

Mix half cup mayonnaise, half cup ketchup, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp chilligarlicsauce little salt and 2 tbsp milk mix and make sauce. Adjust salt and spice if you want you can add half tsp red Chilli flakes. - 5th Step
In serving dish layer rice first then little chicken sauce then noodles again little chicken sauce lastly cover with mayo chilli sauce garnish with fried garlic and green part of spring onion. Serve hot.
