- 4 Tomatoes
- 5 Green chillies
- 1tb. Spoon Vinegar
- 1t.spoon Lemon juice
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1tb. Spoon Chilli sauce
- to taste Salt
- 1 cup Water
Instructions to make to make Mutton mandi
- RAAN mein cuts lagaien or Tamam ingredients ko add kark achi tarhan mix karain or pori raat klie rakhdain ek din pehlay phir nxt day is mein pani add karain 2cup or medium flame pay tender karlain kam zayada pani apnay hisaab say add karsakty hain ap jab Halka oil oper anay lagay tu alag say raan ko nikal k thoray say oil mein fry karlain jab color golden ajae tu or jo masala bachh Jae usko b serve. Karain sath. Oper spread kark.
