- 1 cup chicken with bone
- 1 carrot
- 2 green chilli
- 1 whole garlic
- 1 inch Ginger piece
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 3_4 Clove
- 1 tbls Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- For Soup:
- 1 cup boneless chicken small cubes cut
- 1/2 cup Chopped Carrot
- 1/2 cup Chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Cabbage
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- Salt to taste
- Black powder powder to taste
- 3 tbls ketchup
- 3 tbls vinegar
- 3 tbls Soya sauce
- 1 tbsl sriracha sauce
- 1 chicken cube
- 3_ 4tbls Green onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup corn flour slurry (5_6tbls CF+water)
- Fish Crackers for frying
- Oil as required
Instructions to make to make Restaurant Style Hot & Sour Soup
- Wash your hands say BismiAllah and darood shareef.
- Take a pressure cooker add all stock ingredients and make chicken stock after that strain it.
Separate all chicken pieces, discard all bones only add chicken pieces again in same pan along with all stock. Discard all that cinnamon,cardamom and other ingredients too. - Take a pan add ginger garlic Chopped add chicken saute it.add soya sauce, chilli,cook it for a while then add it too in same pressure.
- Cut veggies saute it for a while in same pan add it too in same pan.
- Cook it along for 1h maximum while adding vinegar,sriracha,chicken stock, ketchup salt,pepper according to your liking
- After 1h take 2 eggs break it beat it then slowly add in pressure cooker, cook it for 2m then add cornflour slurry stir it continuously. Cook it too for 5m more then its done take out in bowl garnish with green onion. Fry fish Crackers or baked garlic bread and enjoy hotπ
