- Add soaked n washed chana Daal in it
- Add chopped onion in it Add 4 cups water
- Cook till tender
- Check again after 30 min if not tender meat add more water
- Cook in a low flame till meat completely tender
- When meat tender n water completely dry
- Grind all better in a chopper
- Take it out Now add chopped mint leaves n chopped green chilli n chopped onion in it
- Mix well with the help of hands or spoon
- Now make a shape of kababs
- Wrap it n freeze it for ramadan
