Instructions to make to make Shami kabab

  1. In a cooker add water, Qeema, Chana Dal, Onion, Button Red chillies, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, salt, Turmeric Powder, Whole black pepper, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander seeds and cumin seeds. Bring it to boil.
  2. Cover and cook for 30-35 mins on low flame. If using pressure cooker, cover and cook for 10 mins. Cook until water dries and let it cool.
  3. In a chopper, add green chillies, mint and green coriander, grind to make a coarse paste. Add mince mixture and eggs, now grind the ingredients very well in a food processor.
  4. After grinding the stuff, keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins. Then, make kababs of the batter with your hands. You can apply oil in your hands and make kababs if the batter is sticky.
  5. Heat oil in frying pan and fry the kababs. Shami Kababs are ready, serve with green chutni
