Now add whole chillis, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder,green chillies and onions. - Cook on low heat until the meat and lentils are tender.
If there is any excess water, dry it by turning the heat up. - Add eggs, coriander,salt and some Garam masala or you can add chop green chillies coriander and onion after processing up to you.In that case don't add green chillies in boiling.
Take the cooked mixture in a Processor till it becomes smooth.. - Take a hand full of the ground mixture and shape it into a small round patties.
Do the same for the rest of the mixture.
Fry to a deep golden brown

Lightly dip each patty into the beaten eggs.
Fry to a deep golden brown.
