- 3/4 cup green methi
- 3/4 cup peas
- 1 pinch kesar
- 3 tbsp Kewra essence
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp curd
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1/2 tsp biryani masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp javitry powder
- Salt
- 1/2-1 tsp Haldi
- 1 tsp Degi mirch
- 1/2 jeera
- 2 badi elaichi
- 2 Choti elaichi
- 1 tej patta
Instructions to make to make Vegetable Biryani
- Soak kesar and elaichi powder in Kewra.
- Boil together carrots, beans, peas.fry potatoes
- In a deep non stick pan put ghee add all garam masalas, jeera and onions. Sauté till little brown.
- In a bowl add curd and cream, javitry,biryani masala, haldi,salt, Degi mirch.
- With the help of a spatula add rice and the masalas in the 5th step.now add Kewra mix and place your pan on tava on low flame for 1/2 hour but stirring it in between.before serving garnish with coriander n julliens of ginger.
- If you like you can fry some dry fruits in ghee and garnish them.
