  1. Soak cooked rice in curd.Mix well.(Leave it for 1/2 n hr if you have time.) If the mixture remains dry then add some water or buttermilk n mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan temper it with muster seeds,jeera,hing,curry leaves and chopped chilli.
  3. Add rice curd mixture,turmeric and salt.Mix well n let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes on slow flame or until it becomes soft.
  4. Add roasted besan.Mix well and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes till mixture leaves its side.
  5. Switch off the flame and spread this mixture in a greased plate.Press the upper portion of dhokla with greased steel bowl.Cut it into pieces. Enjoy it with tea or coffee.
