  1. Soaked rice for half hour take cooker add oil fry mangori & keep in side
  2. Now add jeera hing sarso & sabut red chilli chopped garlic in oil roast well
  3. Now add chopped ginger & tomato roast well now add salt mirchi coriander powder haldi powder
  4. Then add soaked rice & mangori roast it for 2 to 3min add 250 ml water cover it
  5. After 4 whistle off the flame at last add beaten curd boil for 8 to 10 min on low flame without lid
  6. Check its consistency garammasala kasuri methi add in it we can serve it with roti or without
  7. Grated radish ginger & green chilli with lemon juice salad is too much tasty with this recipe
