- 1 tsp Chilli powder

- 1 tsp Ghee

- In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, all masala powder and water cook well. Then add boiled eggs cook few minutes.
- In a cooker add oil and all spices and then add onion cook till golden in colour. Add ginger garlic paste cook few minutes. And then add tomato till mashed. Then add mint, coriander leaves, chilli powder and curd.
- Add rice, eggs and water cooked medium flame in 3 whistles. Egg Biryani ready to serve.
