  18. 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds

Instructions to make to make Beef Yakhni Pulao

  1. Take any pot add water,beef, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, Salt and ginger garlic paste now leave it on cook till beef ready,
  2. All ingredients in quantity,
    Now wash the rice well,
    Then add 3 cup water in rice bowl and leave it fir 30-40 minutes,
    Cut onion in slices,
  3. Blend green chillies in blender,
    Heat the oil add onion fry it for 2-3 minutes now add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste and cook until onion turn golden brown colour,
  4. Now add green chillies paste and mix it well then add yogurt and cook it for 2-3 minutes,
  5. Now add ready beef yakhni and rice,
  6. Mix it then add green chillies,curry leaves,mint leaves and then leave it on steam,
  7. After the steam dish out the pulao and serve in serving plate,
