- Remove dal from pressure cooker and add water and adjust the consistency the dal should be thick,mash it properly with hand mixer qnd cook on slow flame for sometime. While serving drizzle with ghee it taste delicious
- For kadhi.mix curd and besan and add water as needed add haldi,sugar and salt and boil it in a slow flame temper it with ghee,jeera and Curry leaves and add it in a kadhi.Garnish with fresh coriander.
