- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup curd
- as needed coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon Jeera
- 1 glass Rice
- As needed Water
Instructions to make to make Veg Biryani
- Saute the spices in oil
- Now add chopped onions
- Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, paste and chopped capsicum.
- Add 4 tablespoon coriander powder
- Now add peas 1 cup, 1 cup chopped potatoes, 1 cup chopped carrots
- Now add 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup chopped beans
- Add 2 tablespoon redchilly powder,1 tablespoon turmeric and salt as per taste
- Add 1small glass water and boil all the vegetables and spices.
- Let the gravy become thick add 1 cup curd and garam masala 2 tablespoon
- The vegetable gravy is ready
- Take a pressure cooker in tat add 1 tablespoon ghee, 1 glass of rice,jeera 1 tablespoon and coriander leaves.
- Add 2 glass of water and salt as per taste and cook the rice.
- The cooked rice is ready and vegetables gravy is also ready mix them both well.
