- First boil potatoes in pressure cooker give whistle 4 and let it cool.Remove the skin and mash nicely. And make powder of cumin carrom and black pepper.and keep it aside.
- Now mix all dry masalasa and rice powder in mashed potatoes no seems to be any piece of potato and add fresh coriander and mint leaves and make like a dough.if feel mixture is loose or not binding add rice flour more.
- Now these the hand with oil and make 3/4"thick tikki and add oil on a tawa to fry all tummies til both sides golden brown. Now spread beaten curd sprinkle little salt and red pepper as per taste and chutneys also.
- If you like sev sprinkle on it you can get 6 tikki from this dough. Enjoy with cholle or chutneys as you like and enjoy this langdi tikki with family and friends.We enjoyed what about you.
