  12. 1 tablespoon Haldi
  13. 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
  14. 1 tablespoon Grinned Garam masala
  15. 3-4 Bay leaves
  16. 3 Big cardamom
  17. 7 Small green cardamom
  18. 6-7 Cloves
  19. 8-10 Black peppercorns
  20. 3 Cinnamon sticks
  21. 4 Badiyan ka phool (aisle flower)
  22. 6-7 Aloo Bukhara
  23. To taste Salt
  24. 3-4 Fresh lemon (thin slices)
  25. 1/2 teaspoon Javantri(grinned)
  26. 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaifal) (grinned)-
  27. 1 pinch Zarday Ka rang (dissolved in 2 tablespoons of milk)
  28. 1 tablespoon Kewra
  29. 4 tbsp Desi ghee
  30. 8-10 Green chillies
  31. Few Fresh mint & coriander

Instructions to make to make Beef Biryani

  1. Heat oil n fry onion until golden brown, save half & set aside
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste in remaining onion n bhonofy for couple of seconds when aroma comes add shah zeera with beef & bhonofy again for 5 mins
  3. After that add Tomatoes, yoghurt, LAL Mirch, Haldi, daighi mirch,dhaniya powder & all whole gram masalas, mix it well & add 2 glass water cover n cook until beef is more than half done
  4. After that add potatoes with grinned Garam Masala, Javantri, nutmeg, alou bhukara, lemon & cook for couple of minutes
  5. When is full ready add green chilies, fresh coriander & mint leaves & kerwa
    Meanwhile boil rice with zeera
  6. Layerings
    In a big pan add salan and then put the rice. Sprinkle zarday ka rang, remaining fried onions, fresh mint & coriander with desi ghee and Put on dum for 15-20 min
