- Heat oil add onions and sauté till half done, then add ginger garlic paste and sauté 2 minute, then add karhi patta and cook for a minute.
- Add shahi zeera, coriander crush, salt as your taste and sauté till lightly browned. Add yogurt sauté further for 3-4 minutes. Add green chilies.
- Add white boiled gram and mix well. Cook for a minute. Add rice and water and mix well. Cover it to cook.
- Serve hot garnished with Karhi patta & coriander leaves.
