- 1-2 tsp - curd (optional)

- 1/2 cup - fried onions
Steps to make to make Egg biryani
- Poke the boiled eggs with a toothpick all over and fry them till golden brown from all the sides.
- Take a kadhai pour with ghee. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
- Add onion and fry till translucent.
Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste and fry till the raw smell of ginger and garlic is gone. - Add tomato puree and mix it well and cook until raw smell gone.
add coriander powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala along with curd and little water and cook till the oil starts to separate from the sides. - Now add eggs and cook for another minute.now this stage remove the masala coating eggs and keep aside.
- Add boiled rice into the masala mix it well for few minutes. Now put the masala coating eggs all over the rice. And mix it well again for few seconds.
- Garnish with fried onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot with salad and raita taste is yummy.
- Note: 1)if you want you can also use mint leaves for garnish. 2) you can also cut the eggs in 4 slice while garnish. 3) you can also use non-fried eggs too.
