  3. 2 Cups Onion finely sliced
  4. 1 Tsb Whole Cumin
  5. 1 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  6. 1/2 Tbs Kashmiri Red Chilli
  7. 1/4 Tsp Termaric Powder
  8. 1 Tbs Coriander Powder
  9. 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  10. 2 Tbs Tomato Puree
  11. 1 Tsp Fennel Powder
  12. 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  13. 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  14. Whole Garam Masala:
  15. 1 Cinnamon Stick
  16. 1 Star Anise
  17. 5 Green Cardamom
  18. 1 Big Cardamom
  19. 6 Cloves
  20. Peas Rice ingredients:
  21. 1 Cup Rice
  22. 1 Cup Peas
  23. 1 Tbs Ginger Garlic Green chilli Paste
  24. 2 Cloves
  25. 1 Cinnamon Stick
  26. 1 Tbs Salt
  27. 1/2 Tbs Black pepper
  28. 1/4 Cup Oil
  29. Carrot Salad & Dressing:
  30. 4-5 Carrots peeled
  31. 2 Tbs Fresh Onions chopped
  32. 2 Tbs Fresh Coriander Chopped
  33. 1 Cup Chickpeas Cooked
  34. For dressing: 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  35. 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
  36. 1/2 Tbs Ground Cumin
  37. 1 pinch Black pepper
  38. 1/4 Tsp Salt or as required

Instructions to make to make Rogan E Josh

  1. Take mutton in a bowl, add salt and lemon juice mix well and leave it to marinate for 2 hrs or overnight. (I cooked it after 4 hrs of marination).
  2. Heat a pan with 1/4 cup of oil, put whole garam masala in it and stir for few seconds. Remove them from the oil.
  3. Now add finely sliced onions with 1 tsp cumin & stir. Cook it on medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic Paste, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder and stir for few seconds.
  5. Add meat and bonify till all extra juice evaporated.
  6. Add yogurt and tomato puree & stir well. After that add 1 cup of hot water and salt. Cover it and let it cook until tender.
  7. Sprinkle gram masala powder and fennel powder and cover it for few seconds. Let it cook for another 5 minutes with lid on it. Done 👍
  8. Garnish it with your choice 😊
  9. For Rice: Wash and drain the rice and sock it for half an hour.
  10. Pour oil in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon, GGG paste, saute briefly. Now add peas and let it cook.
  11. Pour rice in water and bring the water to a boil.
  12. Reduce heat to simmer and let rice cook over 15-20 minutes, or untill rice is tender.
  13. Carrot salad instructions: Grate carrots in food processor or hand processor.
  14. Tip into a serving bowl including rest of ingredients.
  15. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl and pour over the carrot mixture. It's done
