  23. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  25. 3 tbsp Curd
  26. 1 Tomatoes medium
  27. 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
  28. 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  29. 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  30. 3 cup Basmati rice soaked for 1 hour

  1. Take washed mutton in a cooker add water into it salt 1 onion garlic pods and ginger pieces into it. Now for convience take a muslin cloth and put the whole garam masala and the sauf and dhaniya and tie them in it and place this into the water cook it untill meat is tender. it will be done in 15 mins.   3. Now add the yaqni bring to boil then add soaked rice and cook untill it's done keep on dum for 10 mins it's ready.. Have it with raita
